Lovely home with pool

It was a bit strange that there was a out house by the pool that people were coming and going from when we were out sunbathing.

The property was very well located with easy access to the beach, a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. Also for taking a cab into the city it was very comfortable. Monika was very forthcoming and brought us everything thst we needed.

Urent uteområde og basseng. Urent innvendig spesielt i kjeller, kjeller der soverom er fremstår fuktskadet kom frem av både gulv og lukt.

La casa constaba de la planta baja y un sótano. Amplio y espacioso. Casa bien equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

Puede mejorar algunas cosas. El sótano olía mucho a humedad y faltaba limpieza. Habían algunas arañas e insectos que denotaban falta de limpieza y ventilación. Las camas no estaban hechas al llegar y en la única que lo estaba en la planta baja, las almohadas olían mucho a tabaco. No se habían cambiado las fundas. La depuradora de la piscina hacía bastante ruido y estaba justo en la ventana de una de las habitaciones. Por la noche no paraba lo que era molesto.

Wat hebben wij als vriendinnengroep genoten! Een ruim huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. In de woning zelf vier kamers met tweepersoonsbed en in de tuin een apart verblijf met nog is alles wat je nodig hebt. Monica, de eigenaresse van deze accommodatie was echt een mega lieve, zorgzame vrouw die zeker voor je klaar staat als je iets nodig hebt of een vraag hebt. Kortom een mega goede optie!

Monika was an excellent host, giving us a lovely welcome upon arrival and showing us all around the property. She then left us to it and went back to her apartment above the property. She was always on hand when we needed it, but left us to it the rest of the time. It was lovely having access to a nice simple clean pool, and we took advantage of the BBQ on the patio on a couple of occasions. The villa is nice and cool with pretty much all the facilities you could need. 3 of 4 bedrooms are below ground floor level, which is worth noting if that is an accessibility issue. 5 minutes walk to the beach as well as plenty of lovely nearby restaurants and cafes. I recommend Cookie Lab for a good coffee and sweet treat, as well as Dvor for a wonderful fine dining experience. The area is quiet and not suited to raucous party groups. 20 minutes walk to the centre of Split, or a cheap Uber ride. The Mall of Split is also not too far away.

The oven door didn't seem to shut properly, which didn't affect us too much and I was still able to use the grill and hob (though we mostly ate out or ate snacks). Check in with Monika if you plan to cook a lot.
