GBQuiet location, a good base for walks and exploring the area. Very suitable for families with children as it includes a garden as well as indoor games. The beds are comfortable with additional blankets available for the cooler months. Kitchen/diner area is a good size and well-equipped.
We were at a family party most of the time so didn't spend a lot of time at the property. Nothing stood out as a problem. Some might find it a bit isolated in bad weather.
GGLiked the bungalow , no stairs easier for us and with the dogs. Mainly enclosed garden was fab and able to park the van right next to door. Homely feeling. Lovely layout. No fussing from the owners, we were left privacy and they didn’t intrude.
I would say partly my fault but only one bedroom was made up when we needed 2 as it was me and my mum staying, not a couple, and I couldn’t find any bedsheets anywhere to make up a 2nd bed.
GBGBVery nicely decorated apartment that had everything we needed and more, really liked the cute dragon for the baby though she preferred the little horses.
GBGreat location for the purpose of our visit - very close to the wedding we were down for. Sheelagh had provided all the maps and brochures for lovely attractions which was a brilliant touch, just a shame we didn’t have a chance to be “proper tourists”

The mattresses weren't the softest. But each to their own.
GBDespite a problem with the boiler ( due to national grid works) for the entirety of our visit the hosts supplied heaters for the bedrooms and logs for the wood burner ( and the shower was electric so had warm water to wash) , they were brilliant with communication and so helpful. Nice enclosed garden which was great with our dog, the property was very clean, the beds comfortable and the dog bed in the lounge was a lovely touch. Lots of nice country walks from the property or short drive to Gloucester or Tewkesbury . Supermarket (Tesco) delivered groceries to the property which was very helpful.
Only three butter knives for meal times, when there were 5 of us - we used the parring knives , and not the hosts fault but with the boiler not working we had to boil the kettle to wash dishes ( dishwasher awaiting repair) or wash our hands. Had to borrow oven dishes from our daughters uni flat to cook a roast for the 5 of us as it was a bit short on baking sheets and dishes, but the rangemaster was lovely to use and the hob, grill and both ovens worked perfectly.
GBGBHeaters are not working and shower head should be change asap.
