Sambhabana Hotel & Suites

We booked the Suite and another deluxe double bed room. Both the rooms were spacious. Staffs were very active and helpful. They welcomed us with Uttorio and welcome drink. Managed our luggage, helped us get a freshly baked cake for our baby's birthday. Delivered food to our room quickly and also when asked packed the left overs. Breakfast was good with lots of options. The rooms are quite big and the suite had a fridge , some cookies..overall the stay was good.

The drivers room was being painted so they couldn't provide us any room for him. When asked earlier they said it was available with price. But didn't mention that it was being painted. They didn't even arrange any other place for him. Also the price for another room was asked more after mentioning the price on booking.com they reduced. The bathrooms could be cleaner and the floor of the washrooms are also not so clean. The Jacuzzi in Suite did not smell nice so we couldn't use it. There is some drainage problem there.
