Un bel établissement avec un confort très appréciable et une gentillesse du personnel incroyable. Avec une piscine qui a ravi les enfants comme les petits déjeuners ( réellement fait maison ) d’une grande qualité et savoureux. Un véritable plaisir d’y passer quelques jours!

Un oasis en Tetúan Nos sentimos como en casa gracias al hijo de Mati, una persona super acogedora igual que el resto del equipo La habitación era increíble, todo estaba súper cuidado y con mucho mimo. La piscina era una pasada al igual que el desayuno . Muchísimas gracias por todo, ha sido una experiencia inolvidable.

No sun beds around the pool.

The highlight of our trip to Tétouan was staying at this house. Though the city doesn’t offer too much in comparison to others in Morocco (we also went off season) staying at this gorgeous house was just lovely. Located about 15 min away from the Medina, Youssef’s house is located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and winding down after a long journey through Morocco. The decoration is absolutely stunning, every detail carefully thought of from start to finish. We loved our suite, and loved the fluffy robes provided for us. We seriously didn’t want to leave! The breakfast, as well as the room where it was served, was just incredible. A huge spread was giving to us every morning, including all you could want. We loved how careful and considerate everything was, you can really tell the quality and hospitality of this family with every detail. Though the villa is in the outskirts, the neighborhood is gorgeous and walkable. There are multiple places to go get a quick coffee and snacks or even get a wonderful snack. It is also easily accessible via taxi, and Youssef helped us get taxis to the Medina and bus station. He speaks perfect Spanish, which was a plus! Thank you to the wonderful host, Youssef, for your hospitality and care. We were even able to check out a bit later as we waited for our bus. Youssef and his staff were just delightful and so was his house. We would definitely come back to Tetouan and stay here!

The internet connection was a bit slow, but it could just have been those days. If you don’t have to work, this shouldn’t affect you.

The property is great. It is not located on the city center but is a great choice for your stay. Owned by a family that really take care of you and your needs, the breakfast is amazing and big!

This house is amazing! The family was very welcoming and Youssef made our short stay great. He even woke up early to have breakfast ready for us before going to the airport. The room was huge and beautiful, and the location was great specially if you have to take an early flight from Tetouan.

Everything was great! The shower flooded a little.

Wonderful , clean, lovely space. Quiet. Just a short taxi ride to the Medina, coastal towns, and airport.

Nothing really — a bigger pool, but it’s unusual for a place to have a pool anyway.

Absolutely exceptional people. Incredible place. I requested dinner one night even though I knew they don't normally offer that. They made a special homemade dinner that was exceptional.
