The stairs, but also was prepared.

Self check-in was a breeze, and it was nice to have the freedom to arrive whenever we could. Very cool property. The on-site laundry was a huge plus. Great sized bathroom and lots of space live in.

Frustrated that we got no explanation for the missing QR code associated with the City Tax that was required to return to the City via dell'amore. It's quite frustrating to pay twice for the trail only to find out that you are stranded because of a missing code, and a call to the property host resulted in feigned ignorance. I would have given a perfect rating if not for this troubling experience.

Lots of steps but then thats Italy so overall an excellent place to stay. Locks need changed though on apt door and outer door...had difficulty getting them to open. Loved it and would go back again.

The bathroom was amazing, loved the cave feel in it. The room was cozy and spacious.

Didn’t like isn’t a good way to express this, what couls be better is the natural lighting there is only one window, but still it was amazing.

Great location, very clean, good facilities, self check in and check out- all perfect and seamless

Only one thing- we could have used some clothes begs to ensure our clothes didn’t fall off the line outside the window! Also there is no washing machine as stated on the property amenities, no problem for us but just to note

All was clean and the rooms was lovely. Andrea was great host,everything was seamless and ensuring we had everything we needed.
