Magnificent 3 bedroom house close to the beach with community swimming pool

We really enjoyed our family holiday in this house. Everything was perfect. I would like to express my gratitude for the cleanliness. I have never seen such a clean place to stay. The house had enough crockery for cooking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron, a hairdryer and other electrical appliances. There was a terrace with banana trees in front of the house, and we loved having lunch and dinner outside. The terrace is protected by a special roller blind, so even when it rained, we were comfortable there. We could swim in the pool even when it was windy because of its sheltered location. The pool was small and perfect for children. The house had good internet. We also really liked the proximity to Mercadona.

We liked everything. It was difficult to get from Santa Pola to Alicante by public transport. But we took a taxi there twice during our holiday.

GOOD POINTS: The Appartment had everything you require, Inc Towels, cleaning products fully functioning equipment. Very clean rooms, large enough plenty of storage space 3 Double beds & sofa bed in the lounge Communal pool, was nice & clean. Mercadonna nearby but up a very steep hill. Takes Around 30 minutes to Marina walking the host was very nice and was easily reachable when required. Nearest beach was really nice with sunloungers available at a cost of €7 Lovely little trip to Tabbacca the smallest Island from the marina cost €10 Santa Pola itself is a lovely area with plenty of shops, Restaurants to choose from. Lengh of stay 4 nights group of friends.

Negative points: 1, confusing description on facilities, states Private pool. On booking site states Communal pool. 2, No sun loungers available at the property 3. Air con working but didn't realise or was told there was a bucket collecting water which got full & overflowed on the balcony & into the garden. 4. THE PROPERTY IS IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS. THE AREA AROUND SANTA POLA We found Taxis are very hard to get. Didn't find any busses. So if your OK to walk there and back it's fine .
