GBVery clean, friendly staff. Comfortable seating areas. Modern facilities, water dispenser was a nice touch considering the Bali water situation. Good location
We had an issue with noisy neighbours who were partying in the villa next door. I’m not sure I would recommend the villa to families due to this issue. Security/ management did try to help us however I do accept there is only so much they can do
AUWhat an amazing property to stay at very clean and modern,Paul Tia and their Magnificent staff made us feel so welcome.Nothing was to hard for them to assist us we had a slight problem with one of the baths but a quick call and we had it fixed within the hour now that’s super fast service. We will definitely be back to stay again and once again this villa is awesome and made even better by the incredible staff and super quite location but still only 200 meters away from the main road
There was nothing not to like
AUAUAUThe Villa was a wonderful open plan with an amazing pool and lounge area. The 3 bedrooms were large all with big bathrooms. The cleaners were amazing and so helpful! My sisters 21st birthday was during our stay and the cleaners went above and beyond with setting up her room with balloons, flowers and a cake. They were also great in communicating each day with us to see if we needed anything.
There was nothing we didn’t like
AUNo English speaking people to meet us we were unsure if we were at the right place waiting not very long about 15 minutes then a lady came to check us in it was then all good
GBLoved the spacious rooms, comfy bed and lovely bathrooms. Every where looked clean and the host went out of her way to meet our needs. They were very understanding and made some great recommendations of places to visit. We had the best first night due to a wonderful recommendation of dining at Shishi's so we were truly grateful. The communication before getting to the accommodation was brilliant and they had organised for us to be collected from the airport. Would definitely stay again! The villa is also situated in a great location. There are a multitude of shops, spas, beauty places, restaurants and bars nearby on a strip. Very easy to get to places by foot. When in Seminyak, make sure you take advantage of getting a massage. They seem to have the best prices!
The front door wasn't securely locked. The perk was that we had our own locks for our bedrooms doors and it is actually quite safe in Bali as people tend to be really friendly. The villa is in an Alley with other villas around and they have security that is in operation 24hours not allowing anyone to go through the Alley unless they are a resident so still secure and safe.
