The location was great beautiful view!
A few of the lights didn’t work, there wasn’t a front desk to easily access and parking was a little difficult.

The kids and I loved the location from the beach and attractions as well as the view from the balcony.
While the site said "newly renovated", I didn't feel that was an accurate description. There was peeling paint on the doors and walls, scuffed furniture, and the couch was noticeably worn. However, my kids and I didn't mind this at all and the positives definitely outweighed this negative.

Everything. It was nothing like the pictures. I was very disappointed when I walked through the door about the look of the room. It wasn’t newly renovated and I didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. Just very disheartening.

The view and location were amazing. The pools and entertainment was a plus. The beds were comfy. Room was clean. We definitely will be booking again in the future.
The elevators when trying to check out were a hassle. Everyone trying to leave at the same time, we waited 30 min with a cart to get on the elevator just to go load the car. Mean while our car was parked in the 15 min parking and we sent someone down the stairs to move it. I know there isn't much that can be done about them I just wanted to say how frustrating it was.

The room and resort was wonderful I have stayed in Myrtle beach over a dozen times and this has been one of the best resorts and rooms I have stayed in!
The only complaint I could have was the room wasn’t detailed cleaned there was finger prints on sliding glass door and fireplace also a bloody tissue left on the patio also hair still in shower

I enjoyed having a room that was higher up in the hotel. The room was decorated beautifully.
One of the beds squeaked EXTREMELY bad. We found a few living baby roaches in the bathroom. The sheets on the pull down bed already had stains on them. Air conditioner was really loud. Wanted to make a note that the tv was pretty crooked on the wall in living-room.
