Nice and peaceful, lovely view.

Access was across a paddock as the irrigation had been seeping down the hill and I almost got stuck. A parking area at the gate and a walking bridge across the wet area would have been perfect. Great night's sleep. Not sure what winter access would be like.

Views were great, quiet, peaceful.

There was no where to use the jug or toaster...even a flip up shelf would be handy. It's not good to try to make toast with no surface to use!

"Comfortable and isolated"

7.0

Location was rural and badly needed if you’d like to be off grid and isolated. The view in the evning and morning is spectacular!

Given that it is a tiny home. The water pressure was low but enough to clean up.

"Quiet location situated in a paddock"

6.0

Peaceful and quiet location

The access requires a 4WD vehicle as grass long, damp and rough ground with no track in the access paddock. No bathroom cleaning products provided. A request to wash the dishes in a tiny sink and no tea towel provided so not a very hygienic option.

Not much to like, this is not a tiny home it’s a sleep out so should be listed as such.

No Wifi or phone service, the password wouldn’t work, when I tried to contact the owner I had no phone reception so couldn’t use my phone, no tv, no mirror, no drinking water, no hairdryer, no hand towel or facecloth, the shower stopped working mid shower I turned it off then back on after 5 mins as I had shampoo to wash out and it was only cold water, bed is very soft not comfortable for me, pillow (only 2) kept falling down back of wobbly headboard, it’s a cold sleep out in a paddock, I was so cold in the morning and the heater wouldn’t work either. Definitely not planned out for guest comfort, view was ok apart from lots of laundry hanging kinda ruined it.

"Beautiful!"

Peaceful, beautiful, good value, convenient

Nothing. Although I must say I don’t like “wash your own dishes “ policy as how confident can you be that the previous guests did a thorough job?

A lovely wee spot with a great outlook.

The studio was freezing cold and the heater was noisy and not really adequate for a winter stay. Access to and from the studio during winter was challenging even in a 4wd. I wouldn’t consider the access suitable for normal vehicles during wet conditions.

The bed and the property is all nice and great! House is clean. We woke up to a beautiful view and sunrise. We met 2 beautiful horses on our way back.

The heater turns off automatically and we need to keep turning it back on. It was very cold outside and made us not able to sleep well because of the cold. Wish there were some small milk tubs for our coffee in the morning

"Poor"

3.0

The cabin was lovely and the location beautiful and peaceful.

Some directions from the main gate pointing the way to the cabin would have been helpful. I went to the main house and couldn't find anyone to direct me so was a bit lost wandering around in what I was beginning to suspect was the wrong location. The lights in the cabin weren't working properly and it was necessary to wear a headtorch to have sufficient light to see in the evening (much like being in a Doc hut). I contacted the owner to request a lamp but did not get a response.
