As a veteran of Holiday/Vacation Rentals for about 20 years, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the items made available in the unit (kitchen, bathroom, and beddings). We also loved the availability of two parking slots with very reasonable additional charge. The location was another highly positive feature. So close to many malls, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. It was easy to access EDSA (or C4) to go to either south or north metro manila.

We were all annoyed as we could not use the swimming pool. There was a charge of Pesos 200 per person amounting to 1,000 pesos a day for the five of us to use the pool. We wanted to swim every day, but we could not and we did not. This is the first place we stayed in and had to pay to use the pool. I really hated that.

Beautifully furnished and cozy apartment. The rooms were spacious, with amazing views! The whole apartment had such a nice ambience. We absolutely loved our stay and Ms. Macis was a wonderful host!!

Sometimes the water in the guest bathroom was cold, but we didn’t mind.

It was a nice and roomy condo. The internet was very good, we loved there was Netflix on the tv available already. The unit rooms where nice and comfy and the bathrooms were nice. Also it is very near the MRT and the SM light mall. Like 2-3 minutes walking. And the guards were also very nice.

We did need to pay for the use of the swimming pool. This was not written anywhere and we looked again to see if we could find it but no. But the host did make a effort to come up for a solution. And one of the warm water heaters in one of the bathrooms was not working. So when someone else wanted to take a shower at the same time one would take a cold shower.
