Spicy studio in Art Nouveau district, Culture trip

Extra place to stay when in Riga, apartment is small - but great for a solo traveler. I really enjoyed Riga and this was a great place to base my self. The host communicated so well and made sure everything was in order.

Alles top. Sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Alvis, Gastgeber, sorgte sogar für einen Parkplatz für uns. Gerne wieder. Danke

Very clean and beautiful entrance. Free parking is very close, no registration required. There are enough spaces. The location is convenient, quite close to the old town.The owner responded to all questions very promptly.

It's the last floor so the elevator is very slow, but this is not a complaint to the owner of the apartment.

Super Einrichtung, da fehlte es an nichts. Vermieter sehr bemüht. Die Lage ebenfalls gut alles war Fußläufig zu erreichen. Betten waren super. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen. Für die Unzulänglichkeiten mit dem Türcode, siehe unten, kann der Vermieter nichts. Die zunächst angefallenen Parkkosten wurden nachträglich erstattet. Alles super.Vielen Dank Alvis.

Der Türcode funktionierte nur am ersten Tag.Danach nicht mehr. Wir mussten warten bis ein Hausbewohner kam oder ging um ins Haus zu kommen. Wir bekamen dann einen neuen Code, aber der funktionierte auch nicht. Das war nicht so toll.

Everything was very nice and comfortable! Flat had all you need for comfortable staying. The bed was super comfy. The location is also amazing, near to the city center.
