Convenient to town. Well kept grounds.

Inadequate ventilation, making the rooms very warm for sleeping. Grills had 1 of 3 burners not working.

À l'heure où je reçois et remplis la demande d'appréciation, je viens d'écraser un énorme cafard. On a retrouvé des petites blattes partout, le ménage n'était pas fait du tout (cheveux des anciens locataires et cadavres de blatte dans la salle de bain), le robinet de la salle de douche ne fonctionnait quasiment pas, l'équipement mis à disposition ne fonctionnait quasiment pas (tentative infructueuse de passer l'aspirateur fourni) Nous n'avons pas eu la literie annoncée (deux lits simples de 60-70cm au lieu d'un king size), le personnel était très désagréable quand j'ai voulu faire le check-in.

The property location and view great. Nice landscape pool beach and grill facilities but individual unit was not so great.

No curtains on bedroom window, food left in fridge from previous guest,sugar ants and roaches, tvs in living area didn’t work. Patio curtains falling apart. Toilet kept flushing. Ceiling fans very noisy. Wouldn’t let guests use pull out couch. $30.00 fee to notify that we arrived. Parking fees none of which were told about prior to arrival. Looked nothing like the pictures

Beautiful well kept property, nice wind break, friendly staff and guests, helpful housekeeping.

Grounds and view were beautiful.

Unit A111 was very plain. No pictures on the walls. Furniture was very uncomfortable. The toilet made constant noises- kept cycling water every 10 seconds. No closet space to hang clothes - filled with cleaning items.

The location was close to town and while there, the view is beautiful! From your lanai, you look out to the ocean to see Lanai and an antique fish pond. You feel surrounded by nature with beautiful birds.

You will have ZERO privacy! I felt like I was sleeping in an army barracks! You will hear every noise near & far. If you are trying to sleep but people are talking, there is no way to stop it. There is minimal supervision on the property. One day kids were literally screaming their heads off for hours. I wanted to paint and relax- IMPOSSIBLE. Finally people started screaming from their balcony ( me included) for the screaming to stop. The mom’s answer- the kids are playing!! I told her high pitched continued screaming for 3 hours was not playing. I did not go there from NC to argue with rude people who are clueless, to stay in a place where it’s allowed. I do not want to “ live” with 3 buildings of people on a vacation. Stay away! Go to the West end! This is not worth it at any price!
