Demand a deposit after you have booked and paid upfront for accommodation, refuse to give you access codes until deposit is paid, advise you to cancel if you don’t agree but the terms are no refund if the customer cancels, paid deposit reluctantly to arrive at the property to find no key had been left in the key safe Couch uncomfy Customer service horrendous

Clean & tidy. Comfortable large bedroom Quiet location near to town hall Near a few takeaways if want them. On street parking but need permit at certain times

Inner door to apartment could not lock ( broken ?) Shower/ toilet door could not even close ( broken?) and it went straight into kitchen so no privacy. No shower mat so floor wet after shower No hooks/ shelves in bathroom so nowhere to put towel etc Cooker hob … couldn’t work how to use it. No instructions. No microwave. So cold meal. Only one cup/ mug ( there were 2 of us) Teaspoons only no larger ones No cloth for washing up / wiping surfaces Stairs very steep to bedroom … needs hand rail. Stairs very unsuitable for any one not agile. This needs to be stated in description. Car parking permit not available

It had a lot of accessible facilities with the comfortable furniture

It was very clean and comfortable

They need to get a new fridge as the one they have makes a noise all night that can be heard upstairs, a handrail on the stairs, 2 way switches for upstairs this can be done using a wireless 2 way switch, sort out temporary parking permits, a Matt to put down for when you come out of the shower and the front door needs adjusting

Good rooms

Good location and flats were fine and in a good location

I booked two flats with two beds in each and when we got there one flat had two bed and the other had one bed and it was 4 males traveling together.
