The staff was very unhelpful. They wouldn't respond to any request including changing the towels or bedsheets. The bedsheets were stinky from the very beginning. I asked them to change it. They said okay and never did. The next day I asked to change the towels. Again the same response, again they said okay, but in the end the towels weren't changed as well. The room is overall very dark. There was a window which for some reason would open to the hallway of the building resulting in no light or air circulation.

Great new establishment. Clean, comfortable, close to the airport, but not so close to the main Street (about 20 min walk). We rented a scooter, so it was very easy, like 5min away. You can rent a scooter on site. WE stayed here twice during our trip to Flores.
