•Lovely staff- everyone is accommodating and professional, especially receptionist Ishihara san and shuttle driver. Exceptional service. •Free shuttle service from Iwamizawa station •Ice sculptures-apparently sculpted by the chef!

•There are 2 outdoor onsens in women’s area but one in better location is a cold one-unusable in winter season.
