the keys were easy to find but the gate key didn't fit the gate at all so we had to get into the property through the car park. Then we couldn't find staircase 'A' as the staircases were not numbered and hence couldn't find the flat easily. The flat stank (every room) of some chemical airfreshener that took a long time to get rid of...windows fully open in the heat of the day! The bedside lamps didn't have bulbs in them and the agency (?) couldn't get the correct bulbs for our 4 day stay even with a photo and explanation (we managed anyway). The small balcony was filthy along with the furniture out there. Unfortunately sound carries easily in the building and there were some noisy neighbours with small children who played until late/ shouting parents/couples etc. Also the towels smelt of smoke and we had chosen a non smokng property. Also not a flat for 4 as the second bedroom had a 1m20 wide bed..........luckily we were only 2. When you got out of the shower you had to be careful not to fall on the step (directly in front of the shower door), plus the seals on the shower glass were not sealed correctly hence it leaked water into the corridor every time we showered!Just small things but annoying anyhow and felt that I should highlight this so that the property can perhaps address some of these issues for the next people.
