We liked the location, quiet and peaceful. All the staff, including kitchen staff were very friendly and caring. Vishnu, Liju and Harsha were there all the time to meet our needs with a smile!

The property is beautifully located with a peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained rooms, and a cozy vibe that makes you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. What really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. Vishnu and Shabri went above and beyond to take great care of us. They were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The service, comfort, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Hotel Cloud’s Nest to anyone visiting Ooty and looking for a pleasant, stress-free stay with warm hospitality. We would definitely love to visit again!

Everything, nice stay and warm. Receptionist and cook are extraordinary. Food taste like 2 star hotel. Cleanest toilet and bathroom.
