We found the bathroom in an unacceptable state. The toilet had literal filth in it. Despite the situation and three requests to change the room, the staff had no urgency. There was not even a manager on duty and this was 4:30 pm so not after hours. After 30 mins of waiting for our room to be changed we insisted on a refund and moved to another hotel. Be careful- the hotel may look updated from the outside but the staff have no interest.

"Good location close to the airport and Accra Mall, but definitely not worth the price"

Complimentary shuttle back to the airport, location and size of the room. Wifi was fast.

Room service took over 90 minutes. My room wasn't very clean and had dirty marks on the duvet and curtains. No milk for coffee in the room or at breakfast.
