The Palms by Eagles Airport Residential

The room looks very nice and spacious.

Facility not entirly as portrayed in pictures.

The front desk lady (Esther) was very efficient and emotionally intelligent in addressing my concern we had. In general she was very professional. The shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful

The swimming pool needs to be maintained so it can be used by Guest, am told it was under repair while we were there

Everything was perfect.!

The pipe in my room was broken and there was water on the bathroom floor, I was expecting the stuff to change my room but they didn’t. It would’ve been also nice for someone to explain to me what I can use in the facility/ hotel and what I cannot and what comes with my booking but I had to figure it out by myself . There was nice areas with views you can rest and relax, but it would’ve been perfect if someone told me earlier than me figuring it out by myself.

The staff are incredible!!!
