The Palms by Eagles Airport Residential

The hotel was very clean and inviting, breakfast was great and their staff were very helpful with anything we needed. Khadija was super great as she attended to our needs with needing pots n pans for our room. I will definitely go back there for my next stay.

Our room was missing some basic utensils, no cutlery or plates. We also had just one towel, but we called, and everything was taken care of. The pillow cases had stains, which was not great at all

Airport shuttle was arranged prior to landing. Was stuck for 2 hours with a child at the airport and when calling them no answer

I stayed for one very short night and had asked for airport transfer early in the morning in advance via booking, but staff at the hotel didn't know about it and reacted like it was an inconvenient wish on my part. The poor driver who brought me in at 11.30 pm was told right there and then that he'd also have to pick me up at 4.30 am, which I felt very sorry about.

Very pleasant hotel close to Accra Airport. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I think their friendliness was my favourite aspect of the hotel. My room was spacious and very clean, with reliable A/C and Wi-Fi.

Only instant coffee or espresso shots available at breakfast. It would be much better to have fresh filter coffee/French press coffee available for those who like real coffee in large quantities. When I paid for my room, I tried to use my American Express card, which didn't work. I was then told that the only cards accepted were Visa and Mastercard. According to the hotel's profile on booking.com, American Express is accepted, so the hotel should correct this. No towels in the room when I arrived, but this was corrected as soon as I told reception. When I returned to the hotel after having dinner at around 11:30pm, the hotel's gates were locked and I didn't know how to gain entry. After a couple of minutes of confusion, a nearby police officer advised me that I needed to bang on the gate. It would be helpful to advise guests when they check in about this so they know what to do if they return to the hotel at a late hour.
