Superb location and friendly staffs clean room and maintenance

The staff managing the place were very helpful and obliging. Made fresh tasty meals when ordered.

Bathroom, when you shower toilet seat gets wet, water leaks or sprays when you open the taps of sink and shower, we changed the room after two days, bathroom was worse after than the first one and Wi-Fi connection was poor. Stained bed linen and towels were very poor.

Food is good

Tv, fan not working, moskeetos in the room basin taps moves out let’s blocked one morning no water supply till 8am no wardrobe in the room

Booking.com rates are 50% more than the actual rates charged by the hotel. I have overpaid more than Rs.6,000/-. It is better to book directly to the hotel without booking through booking .com I have found yellow color stains in the wash room commode. Luckily I found a toilet brush which was already kept in the wash room and managed to clean it by myself. I used the shampoo which was provided by the hotel as a detergent to clean the toilet commode. There was only a small movable mirror (about 15 cmx 15cm) .was kept for the whole room. I also found that some of the rooms have been cleaned and the garbage was kept in the corridor for few hours. Some new guests who have arrived to the hotel found that no staff members were at the reception and asking me who was passing that way "are you an employee of this hotel? No proper guidance was given me regarding the restaurant and the meal services. I have had my meals outside.

Good location between Jaffna and Kankesanturai to explore attractions on both sides. May take around 20 - 25 minutes on bus to reach either city / village though. I was able to explore Jaffna, Keerimalai, Kankesanturai and Point Pedro while staying in here. Impressed by the responsiveness for messages through Booking.com and responded immediately even in the middle of the night which I didn't expect at all. Gausegan has been very helpful and made arrangements quickly to let me check in early on which was much appreciated. Staff were delightful and complied with all the requests promptly. It was a comfortable stay for a great value. Both the room and bathroom were clean and had necessary facilities along with a table, utensils, towels and toiletries. They have their own restaurant to order food and drinks which was convienient.

Shower head wasn't operating correctly though it was still usable. It could use some fixing.

It was clean and close to food shops.

Way out of town 20 mins. Strong smell of sewerage. And difficult to find anybody at check in and then little communication
