The Sunshine Hoi An Villa

Friendly staff! Overall, this villa is very comfort, clean. It's a super host family, especially we arrived during Chinese New Year days, they provided extra service to bring us to local market for buying dinner ingredients so that we able to have our reunion dinner at the villa! The villa is like home-feeling, much appreciated! We surely will come back again!

Everything is perfect!

The owner was responsive and kind. The villa was spacious enough for everyone to have their own room. All rooms except one were equipped with door locks, ensuring privacy. With a private pool and a fully equipped kitchen, the villa offered a wonderful experience overall.

We experienced a minor water issue, but the owner addressed it promptly.

The couple who run the property are absolutely amazing! So kind, caring and helpful. They were so good at responding to our questions and requests. They were also great with our children and really made our whole group feel welcome and at home. The property itself is really well looked after and very spacious. The pool and pool area is lovely and the bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size. It’s also really easy to get in and out of the old town from here. You can get there in 5-10mins via taxi and the Grab cars are super cheap and arrive within minutes of booking. I would highly recommend staying here!

I would recommend avoiding any pre organised taxis and instead using Grab. On our first day we were offered a free complimentary taxi into town however unfortunately it ended up being driven by a tout who hounded us for days via WhatsApp about using his recommended tailors. I don’t believe that he was in any way directly linked to the property or the beautiful family who run it but just something to look out for for families staying there in the future.

Friendly and very helpful staff, who were fabulous hosts to ten young people. A spacious, comfortable and clean villa in a central location with a great pool.

The hosts were lovely and very accommodating, we asked them to organise some things for us and they were able to have that ready by the time we arrived. They cleaned up the pool area early in the morning before we would wake up and checked in to make sure we were okay. Rooms were beautiful and large and the pool area was perfect for hanging out with friends and unwinding - concrete was very hot but luckily they supplied thongs. All in all 10/10 rating.
