Villa Kore, Capo Vaticano

Eigenaren top! Niets was te veel! Heerlijk ontbijt, goede locatie! Alles schoon en netjes.

De bedden zijn niet top. De matrassen voel je de spiralen door komen. Maar dat is dan ook het enige minpunt!

Es war alles gut gepflegt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und nett. Sie pflegen die komplette Anlage vorzüglich. Das Apartment war auch sehr sauber und mit allen eingerichtet, was man so benötigt. Der Pool ist relativ groß und wenn die anderen Mieter nicht da sind hat man diesen komplett alleine. Es sind aber auch ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine darf man auch mitbenutzen. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Strände. Wir waren jeden Tag an einem anderen. Der Ort Capo Vaticano ist bekannt für seine Küste und abends kann man vom Aussichtspunkt im Ort, im Sonnenuntergang den den Stromboli und auch die anderen Liparischen Inseln sehen. Wir können die Villa Kore 100%ig weiterempfehlen und sind schon am überlegen nächstes Jahr wieder zu buchen.

The Villa is amazing, Teresa is an excellent host! The apartment was very beautiful, spacious and clean, the view from the balcony was mesmerizing. She gave us many great restaurant recommendations and also helped us book a boat trip, which was the highlight of the trip! Recommend 10/10, will be coming back for sure.

The hosts on this property are exceptional, there is nothing that is too difficult for them. I loved the location as it was convenient to get to Tropea (12 mins) also visited Scilla ( Little Venice) 1.15 hours drive

Nothing property is perfect

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the villa in Capo Vaticano! The property is not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable, with excellent facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with just a short drive, you can reach an amazing beaches that we thoroughly enjoyed. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, were the hosts. They are such lovely, attentive people who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and we genuinely appreciated all the little touches that made our stay special. Thanks Teresa! We can't wait to return one day, and we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Capo Vaticano. It’s a true gem!

While Calabria is undoubtedly a beautiful region, I found the beaches to be a bit challenging during our visit. Parking can be quite difficult, especially during peak times, which made accessing some of the more popular beaches a bit stressful. Additionally, many of the resorts have taken up a significant portion of the sandy areas, leaving limited space for those not staying at these properties. That said, the beaches themselves are absolutely stunning, and the challenge is worth it to experience their beauty.

If you are considering this accommodation, I strongly recommend reading the following experience. Tereza, who seems to be the owner, was accommodating and friendly despite having a small child until we requested a refund for three nights due to a young family with at least five noisy children, totaling 8-9 people, in the apartment below us. The result? A ruined vacation. Placing quiet guests and loud large families in the same poorly insulated house is utterly nonsensical. Based on the reviews, we expected a peaceful environment, but the reality was entirely different. Additionally, the accommodation has several other problems: - The access road is in very poor condition. - The air conditioning is poorly positioned—right next to the beds, which is very uncomfortable. - Two rooms are so low that they are suitable only for very small children (you can't walk normally here!). - The third room has no view at all. - The bathroom is extremely poorly designed—the shower is in front of the toilet, and the floor drain cannot handle the water, so after every shower, we had to mop the bathroom and toilet. - The electricity kept cutting out while cooking, which was very frustrating. - The pool was unusable due to noisy children, ending any hope of a quiet vacation. The pool rules are absolutely not respected at this facility. - The noise in the room was unbearable until at least midnight. At night, we were woken up by crying children. Again, quiet hours were not observed. - A train running right behind the garden wall made the situation worse. Upon arrival, basic items like hand soap, a clean dish sponge, wine glasses, and an electric kettle were missing. The balcony was not cleaned at all; we are a non-smoking family, yet we had a full ashtray the entire time. We arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait outside in the heat for our room, even though we had informed Tereza of our arrival time in advance.

Hospitality of Teresa & Francesco is outstanding, so far one of the best hosts I've met. There are very helpfull with any questions (beach, resto, boat rental) and thei Calabrian dinner evening was perfect!!!

Small details in kitchen, but really minor issues, everything was working fine.

I'm sure you will complement the stay with gym or light gym facilities at your earliest convinience, that's the only service we missed .
