Bollullo Sunset - Apamate

The view and the tranquility are wonderful. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are well set up.

The apartment was quite chilly - February visit - and there are no rugs on the tile floors / there is no couch except on the terrace.

Sitio espectacular! Estuvimos una semanita y la verdad que nos encantó el sitio! El apartamento precioso y las dos terrazas hicieron la delicia de nuestras tardes/noches! Quedamos encantadas y con muchas ganas de repetir!!

La vue sur la mer, la réactivité des personnes pour répondre à toutes questions via what’s app, les fruits de la finca qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée, le resto à 200m, la plage en bas au coucher de soleil où l’on peut aller à pieds

Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver Cela ne nous a pas du tout dérangé mais il faut savoir que les coqs se mettent à chanter très tôt

The property offers secure parking and is situated in a peaceful environment where the soothing sounds of birds and ocean waves can be heard. We appreciated the lovely fruit basket at check-in, a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed. Additionally, the location is quite convenient if you have a car, as it’s close to a highway, making it easy to explore the island. The apartment also offers a nice view facing north, although this means there is no direct sunlight.

However, our stay was impacted by several drawbacks. Sleeping comfortably was challenging due to the lack of blackout curtains, spring mattresses, and windows that rattled with the wind. The constantly blinking Wi-Fi box installed in the bedroom was also disruptive, and the sound insulation was insufficient, allowing exterior noise to disturb the peace. The apartment appeared much more spacious and bright in the photos than in reality. We also encountered issues with insufficient hot water, even with reasonable usage. The kitchen's Teflon pans were scratched, and the living room table was a bit too small for more than two people. Additionally, we faced an issue with pricing. We mistakenly booked for two people but arrived as three, and the management attempted to charge us more than the original price difference listed on Booking. We had to involve customer service to resolve what felt like an unfair attempt to overcharge us. Overall, this apartment is quite average and definitely not worth its high price.
