Exceptional 3 bedroom home in Penzance~New~Seaside

Location great ,near to sea front ,shops and amenities

Visitor parking space was in constant use during our stay. Would have been handy to use a couple of times when relative called with family

Hooks for hand towels, table in the sitting room for cups of tea.

Very well equipped especially in the kitchen. Very clean spacious and modern. Warm and cosy. Near to seafront, supermarkets, restaurants. Lots of extra personal touches within the property made our stay comfortable. Even a lovely welcoming decorated Christmas tree! Hosts were very friendly and helpful when I phoned prior to our trip

Immaculately clean and modern house. Location fantastic for seafront, shops and lido. Easy private parking right outside house. Very helpful info pack for house appliances and local amenities etc much appreciated.

Very small thing, a mirror next to a plug socket in twin bedroom and top bedroom to dry/style hair would have been very helpful.

Beautifully furnished and very clean and tidy. Great location one road back from the sea front.

Liked it all, the only thing I would say was there were no large glasses and a set of kitchen tongs would have been handy. That's it really

Location was good. Close to everything.

Parking was a bit of an issue if you have more than one vehicle.

Good size and nice design of the house, comfortable (except the low bed in one of the bedrooms which is way too soft), parking is right at the door of the house, functional and well equipped kitchen, toilets on every floor, nice small yard to sit in, very clean (especially in the rooms and bathrooms, the kitchen was fairly clean except for some of the utensils and for the cooker hood which was dripping greasy droplets on the stove). The proprieator, whom we did not meet in person, was very quick to answer booking messages and very kind and helpful. It's very close to the promenade and it's the most relaxing thing to hear the seagulls calls in early morning and to go to the promenade and be hypnotized by the waves.

loved our stay had pretty much everything we needed, our stay was amazing. brilliant location and the hosts were amazing and fast responses too to any queries.. they even went above and beyond, before our stay we asked if there was fans in property due to the heatwave we was about to have and they said yes, we was delighted. first day of our stay we had a member of the hosts party knock on the door and there was fans! the hosts had specifically gone out their way to purchase fans for our stay to ensure we was comfortable. thankyou so much again!!! will definitely be recommending to everyone and also would not hesitate to stay again!

the only few things that we'd like to mention is that in the second double bedroom the bed is very low and would concern me if someone unsuited to the low of the bed was to have stayed here and it does creek quite alot. things to consider purchasing for this property would be a normal pair of scissors and a cheese greater and maybe a small frying pan, however these are not essential! just a little thought for the hosts in future!!! HOWEVER FANTASTIC STAY!!!!!
