Luxury Loft Kalu Tsesme A

Excellent stay in a perfect studio. Despite the high temperature,was very cool the inside,just like having an air condition. Excellent bathroom,thank you,we had a wonderful time.

Can't find smthg as a problem.

The property was very clean, quite central, with free parking available on the street. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped. We even had a small snack waiting for us upon arrival. The place seems very well maintained.

The door of the accommodation opens right into the street, on the ground floor, into the sidewalk. No staircase, nothing to separate the apartment from the open street. The only floor-level window is also at the street level and feels a bit unsafe and lacking privacy. The place was also slightly smaller than expected. Would definitely suit 2 people, but not more.

The location was great, only 3-5 minutes on foot from the city center. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment very clean. We did not meet the hosts, but they replied quickly to our messages and the instructions for entering the apartment were clear. Definitely recommended!

The water-heating mechanism required that you would turn it on for a while before using the shower. Even though it did not need much time, it was still something that you had to keep in mind. It would be nice if we had hot water any time since we were on vacation. Plus, because the house was a loft (high-ceiling) the temperature upstairs was much warmer than downstairs. It didn't bother us much since the air conditioner covered the whole apartment, just something to keep in mind when someone sleeps downstairs on the couch, they will probably need an extra blanket.

Surprise! There was only one sheet at the beds. We were supposed to sleep only with one sheet which of course is covering the bed and a bed cover (without a sheet) which is not suitable for summer days. After communicating with the staff they told us thats it! But after communicating with Booking they send us next day two sheets. The apartment is small but convenient and clean. It is at street level but its ok. When you are at the upper level you have the wardrobe but no bathroom. At the lower level its the opposite you have the bathroom but no wardrobe. The aircondition is one but its good, although the persons who sleeps down will feel more cold inorder that the persons who sleep up feel normal.

I cannot sleep without a sheet covering me. Normally all beds have 2 sheets. ......... When you climb the escalator to go upstairs you may have an accident because the handle is not at his position.

The location was great, in the heart of the city.

The appartment was facing a busy road and was ground level, therefore there was a lot of noise from the traffic outside. We even got up in the middle of the night once, from a passing by motorbike...

The apartment was great, very clean, comfy and at a perfect location!

Conveniently located in Tzami, next to a former mosque. Easy access to the city centre. Well preserved.

It could be a bit cleaner at the beginning. The flat would also benefit from anew coach and a proper chair in the working area.
