Art in The City Apartment

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks and felt very comfortable. The location was great. It was in the middle of the city, and we could reach the harbour, the beach, the old town and the Acropolis within minutes on foot. The apartment is spacious, with over 60 square metres of space, and is pleasantly colourful thanks to the different wall colours. There are also works of art hanging on the walls, as well as on consoles and cupboards. Some of the furniture is a little outdated, but this doesn't detract from the overall impression; it gives the apartment a special charm. We can't comment on the kitchen equipment as we didn't cook. There are so many restaurants in the immediate vicinity that we wanted to try them all. The location 'in the middle of the city' also means that it is noisy on the side streets and in the backyards. However, there are very good windows, so as soon as we closed them, we couldn't hear anything. By the way, the air conditioning works really well. We slept very well, partly thanks to the very comfortable bed. The key handover and communication with the landlord were straightforward, as he always responded quickly and in detail.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. We had a great stay. The location is on a busy shopping street, but it is very quiet at night. The bus station is within 5 minute walk, the ferry terminal is about 15 min walk. There are a few small grocery stores around.

The apartments are located in the very center. The beach and the old town are within 10 minutes' walking distance. A very colorful apartment. Many objects and paintings of different styles, which adds charm to the apartments). There are also many cafes and shops around the apartments. Of course, it is a bit noisy during the day, but this is the city center), so you can put up with it. It is very important that Panagiotis is attentive and will answer any questions. We had a late flight and Panagiotis allowed us to stay longer. Thank him very much!

Very clean and spacious two-sided apartment. Well equipped and localized. We got a code to the key locker. If you are looking for the place with great location, in the city center, to feel Rhodes Town spirit, this will be great choice. From the balcony there is a partial see view. In the morning you can visit local cafes and at night you experience the night life. Quick Wifi, washing machine with washing powder, iron and ironing board. The host was very helpful, we could even extend a bit check out. I totally recommend this place and when in Rhodes, I would like to come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the property, and I cannot express enough how exceptional the experience was. From the moment I booked until the moment I checked out, every detail was meticulously thought out, and my host went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. First and foremost, the property itself was a true gem. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, and every amenity one could possibly need was provided. The attention to detail in the decor, the art-work, the well-stocked kitchen, and the comfortable bed all contributed to a feeling of luxury and relaxation. The location was also fantastic. It was conveniently located in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore the area.

We loved everything about this apartment! The location is great, within walking distance from both Old Town and the beaches. The place is spacious, airy. Amenities are surprising, one could stay here for a whole month with no problems, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, iron, hair dryer - you need it, you have it. Oh! Plenty of electric outlets too, for charging our phones, laptops and other batteries... (we usually bring extension cords, but we didn't need them this time :)) The place is aptly named "Art in the City", since the decorations are very chic and artsy, and the ambiance is relaxing and pleasant. It really had the atmosphere of "home away from home". The supermarket is just 150m away (3 minutes walk), next door is a nice cafe if you don't want to prepare the morning coffee yourself. The apartment in on the top floor, so there was no noise from upstairs. The building is mostly lawyer offices, so it is quiet both during the day and especially at night (no other rowdy neighbors coming and going). Even though it is on a main street, the windows are good quality, so once we have closed them at night, it was quiet. AC was used to a minimum, the apartment has cross ventilation if all windows are open, we had a nice breeze throughout. Whenever we come back to Rhodes, this is the place we will want to stay in!

Honestly, there was nothing we did not like. I just wish our vacation was longer...

Beautiful artistic apartment with a lot of paintings and interesting items! We loved it! It is spacious, very clean, with comfortable bed and four pillows :) Kitchen is well equipped, nice bathroom and balcony. Just great! Very good contact with the owner. Thank you.
