Una perla in pieno centro

Excelente ubicación, muy confortable y una gran amabilidad de la dueña. Todo fueron facilidades. Para repetir sin ninguna duda. Además, tiene la estación de autobuses y la estación de Minimetró muy próximas, lo que facilita, y mucho, las excursiones por Umbria.

Tutto perfetto. We had a wonderful week near the old center of Perugia. The appartment was clean and all you needed was there. We could always reach the owner by app.

The location was fabulous and the flat was overall very comfortable. Host was lovely and very communicative.

The street was very quiet but the windows not very good so when someone passed by it would wake us up.

Convenience, coziness, helpfulness and responsiveness of the host. it was very clean with everything needed (including a washing machine) and a little balcony to dry clothes.

The bed was exceedingly hard and uncomfortable. I had to use pillows just to get through the night. Not up to hotel bed quality. There wasn't a place that was comfortable in the entire apartment, even though it had a Zen Buddha relaxing design. The couch-futon and the chairs were uncomfortable as well. The shower was so small that you couldn't bend down to pick up anything. I'm a small person, at 5'2", but anyone bigger wouldn't have been able to barely move in the shower.

Everything was perfect 🤩

Excellent location, right in the city center and at a 3 minutes walk from the minimetrò. Cute little flat, with some nice details. We stayed during cold winter days, but the temperature inside was very warm and comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful and provided us in time with all required information.

The apartment is super cozy, has all the amenities needed and it’s close to the metro and city centre. The host is also very attentive and helpful. Would totally recommend!
