Hugo's hideaway, Belle Aire Free WIFI

The accommodation was comfortable, the beds were soft and the sofa was a good size and clean, the kids enjoyed playing with the toys supplied. Tea and coffee supplied along with sponges hand towel and washing up liquid. Wifi wasn't working when we arrived but the owners came out and fixed it asap which was lovely and very appreciated! Overall the chalet was satisfactory and beautifully decorated and comfortable just needs a bit more of a deep clean between uses!

The washing machine had to be scrubbed and bleached before use as it was full of mould and scale inside the rubber drum where the door opens. I had to clean it 3 times before it was safe for clothing and even then my socks cleaned the last bit as they went in white and came out black thick with scale and mould. The kids didn't like the spiders & webs in the bedrooms and bathroom, and were upset they only had 1 pillow to sleep with on the bunks. The bottom bunk also had abnormally low head height and for an older teenager with special needs it was difficult to get in and out of comfortably. I also found it difficult to cook there as the pots and pans wasnt big enough to cook for 4 people. Also had a lack of utensils such as tongs to turn sausages. Once the sun had come around the front door would drop and it was difficult to lock, the neighbour over the road on the left corner decided the take it off the hinges to try and fix it but I had already figured all it needed was to be lifted a little so the bottom latch would go in to lock.

Had everything we needed, good location, quiet but near to everything like beach and amusements for the children

The cleanliness! As soon as we walked in you could see how fresh it looked so knew it would be clean .. and it was ! It was outstanding , sofa was very comfortable, some nice garden furniture outside

Very clean & comfortable. The welcome book was an added bonus full of useful information on the area and everything it has to offer. Prime location right on the doorstep of everything. Very quiet location at the rear of the park. Will definitely look to book again!
