The person communicated exclusively in writing. Calls were not answered. They demanded payment for the city fee exclusively online. We insisted on paying in cash, as there was no money on the card. We were told that only online. Otherwise, they will not tell where the room keys are. We had to solve the problem while traveling on the train.As soon as we paid the city tax, we were told where to get the keys and everything. There was no feedback. No one answered our calls and messages.
A dirty towel hung in the room, there was no Wi-Fi. The router was nowhere to be found. The washing machine does not work. The air conditioner does not work. There are no mosquito nets. Returning from the sea, you find yourself in hell: mosquitoes, stuffiness, wet and slippery floors, wet towels. After such an experience, I will look for housing where contact with living people will definitely be possible. All payments in fact, live.
