La ubicación, la decoración y la limpieza.

Lo incómodo que resulta que la calle donde se sitúa la recepción quede tan alejada del apartamento y encima, que la calle del apartamento, para volver a recepción, hay que dar una vuelta porque todas las calles de acceso, son dirección prohibida. Además, para acceder al parking, está poco indicado, y hay que pasar arriba un lector, con lo cual, si no te das cuenta, llegas abajo, y volver marcha atrás es muy costoso.
