[Duomo-Porta Torre] Penthouse with Private Terrace

The penthouse is perfect for big groups (up to 8 persons)! It is spacious and very clean. The beds and pillows are really comfortable! Also the location is perfect! We will stay again if coming in Como.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The property was well kept and had good facilities. The beds were comfortable and furniture was good. The location was good in the middle of Como.

When I had questions about finding things or very minor queries it would have helped to have the phone number to contact directly rather than on booking.com

The layout and location were superb. Large rooms that would suit a family or groups of people - separate kitchen and lounge means you could easily have two groups there without getting in each other's way too much. It's located in the main block of buildings that make up Como on the lake, so it's a short 5-10 minute walk to the lake side or the same to the train station. Very clean and well appointed. Private elevator to the top floor (it wouldn't go all the way for us on our visit, but we could use it directly from our apartment to go down). Had an issue with the hot water but they were super quick to fix it that day. So many lovely windows and small belconies to view from. We had awful weather, but the apartment was very warm for us.

Apart from the hot water not working immediately and the elevator not going all the way to the apartment's entry, all was good.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning view. Large and modern. We were 2 families with grown kids, and there was a lot of space for all of us. Apartments were so big, nice and comfortable that you’d enjoy time inside and you’d love to spend more than just one night as we did. Huge kitchen with all the appliances.

Not working properly air conditioning turned our stay from great time to disaster. Luckily we had only one night there When you pay such a big price you expect working facilities even during the heatwave that was at that time. So it’s the only complaint but significant.

It was spacious and in a convenient location. Our family was comfortable and happy with the accommodations.
