Villa Plinio Lago di Como

The view was amazing right on lake Como, it was a lovely decor and everything was clean. It had a lovely garden and balcony to enjoy meals on.

It gets cold at night, the bed could be comfier but that’s the nature of the apartment.

The view from apartment was wonderful. It was amazing to eat breakfast at the terrace with a view to lake and mountains. I liked that the owner sent us a video how to get the keys, it was very easy to find everything.

It would be nice to put bigger trash cans. And not to put them under the shelf (it is very easy to hurt head like this🙈).

Beautiful setting with amazing view of the lake. The balcony is huge.

Lokacija je izuzetna. Malo je izvan Dervija, ali sve je blizu i dostupno. Do Varenne je 15 minuta automobilom, odakle se trajektom mogu obići najzanimljivija mjesta na obali jezera. U neposrednoj su blizini objekta plaže koje se protežu duž cijele šetnice do centra Dervija. (Jezero je čisto i vrlo ugodno za kupanje, s temperaturom vode 23-24 stupnja.) S velike terase i balkona pruža se veličanstven pogled na jezero. Iako je objekt smješten ispod ceste, noću je mirno i tiho.

Objekt je opremljen "starinskim" namještajem, prostorije su s visokim stropovima - općenita ocjena 3. Klimatizacijski uređaj nije bio u funkciji! Posuđe je poprilično staro, a dvije šalice za kavu bile su neoprane u ormariću, sa smeđim tragovima prijašnjih popijenih kava.😆 Smeće se "skuplja" u minijaturnim kantama za smeće u objektu tijekom cijelog boravka (vani nema nikakvih kanti), a na kraju Booking šalje poruku da ostavimo smeće u objektu - razvrstano.

Access to water (swimming or SUP) is not easy.

The view from the balcony was stunning to wake up to every day. The house was comfortable with a lovely rustic vibe.

Everything was perfect! Could have done with the house being a little warmer, the whole house wasn’t too cold but for some reason the bedroom didn’t heat up as much as the other rooms.

The apartment is awesome, clean and the view from the balcony is stunning!! Highly recommend!!

Everything was amazing, highly recommend!! Exceptionally clean. Well stocked kitchen with pots and pans, we cooked a lot. Amazing views and walks, the town Dervio is beautiful and easy commute down to other towns. We drove a rental car and took the ferry, it was easy. We loved it so much!!
