飯店有翻修過，設備很新。房間寬敞舒適，浴室夠大，很棒。娛樂設施非常好，有不同年齡層和互動體驗，付費一次可以在住宿期間無限使用，炎炎夏日能讓小孩待在飯店裡玩上3天不想出去。

入住前3天從Booking.com的訊息提問，過了好幾天都沒人回覆，飯店櫃檯表示平台未將訊息轉達給飯店客服。不管是哪方的疏失，直到住宿3天2夜結束，還是沒人回覆訊息，即使已經在櫃檯反應過了，一樣沒人回。
