Casa Chaparra - Monterosa

We loved the spacious rooms and living areas. Pool was fantastic.

The only issue we had was cold water temp for a few showers. It would have been great to have a few plants on the terrace as we listened to the waves!

A beautiful beautiful place to stay. The condo was beautifully appointed and the pool and grounds were lovely.

The kitchen, cleanliness and utensils

Nice location, lovely complex. Nice touches with beach chairs and towels. Will be better when construction is complete and off season renovations are done. Off the beaten track with the potential for quite relaxation!

We had a unique experience, a multitude of issues in our first condo, ( the doors didn’t lock, kitchen was ill equiped, no coffee pot, fridge didn’t work) hosts management tried hard to rectify. Ultimately we were moved to a second condo , which was better, (kitchen equipment was excellent) but still had a few issues. The host management teams were proactive in trying to fix issues. It was low season so they were doing renovations, which they had to interrupt to accomodate us, a few things weren’t operational but we were happy the doors locked ! I understand that there are issues with power supply in Mexico, but there were no contingencies in place when power was interrupted . No flashlights, candles or battery operated lights. You also couldn’t exit the property thru the main gates when the power was out with your golf carts. The a/c wasn’t working for some of the nights we were there, but after all of other issues, I didn’t feel I could bring that up too! The area has construction going on directly in front so there is noise all day from the building site, so not super relaxing when sitting by the pool or on your porch.
