In the booking process I was asked to provide photographic ID as a condition of booking. This had not been made clear before payment was made. This was wavered in the end but it did mean a delay in confirming the booking.

Not so much myself but it was on the second floor and my 78 year mother struggled but she managed well The name does suggest it’s not on the deforms floor. Did not spoil our stay Thank u 🙏

GBWhat an amazing property. They had thought of everything from dishwasher, washing machine, hover (great for when the kids got sand on the carpet after adventures at the beach) to tea, coffee and sugar supplied. Lots of room for the kids to kept apart. Loads of free parking at the property and out front on the road.
The only downside (not controllable) was there is currently construction work talking place next door (currently building the foundation). But it was only weekdays and if you are planning to be out and exploring it will not affect your stay.

ZAThis is an absolutely fabulous apartment situated on the beachfront of one of the most scenic and iconic stretches of beach front in southern England. Everything was a breeze - from obtaining keys throughout the stay and we just loved the stay! How wonderful waking up in the morning to the sound of the sea and fresh air, and being able to go for a stroll on the beach. This is definitely an apartment to book if you want to experience the beauty of southern England and the amazing coastline of the region! It was close to several amenities and local restaurants and the pleasure of easy access and on-site parking was definitely an absolute bonus.
There was nothing to not like, especially for such a short stay. The only suggestion I can offer is that host can consider installing an oven that may be beneficial for someone wanting to use this apartment for an extended stay (unfortunately my microwave baking is not so cool... :-) This apartment is so awesome, you would want to stay forever!)
GBLovely and clean, spacious and an awesome location Views are stunning and it is central for many activities for family. Weather was great for February and we definitely plan to go back when it gets warmer
Nothing really / made one suggestion to owners for one minor piece of kitchen equipment which they responded to straight away
GBIt was a beautiful view and the host provided excellent support. They allowed us to check in early and check out late at no additional cost.
