Aspectos a mejorar: preferiría que tuvieran una recepción , ya que se me hizo incómodo hacer check in en la parte como barra de bar o comida , también que hubieran más espacio para comer cómodo como : más mesas con sillas , ya que solo habían como sillones y una mesa grande

Quite everything ! The vibe, the design of the hotel which make you feel like you are in Bali. The Family vibe with family dinner available daily, available activities, friendly guests, staff and Manager. Very calm at night. Great breakfast. Great common area. We stayed 2 extra nights in private room - very relaxing at night Would highly recommend.

The surprise 8 % credit card fee if you pay with credit card … honestly it was a first time for us after over 50 countries we had a fee like this … they REALLY have to deal with this issue Some people using their cellphone on speaker phone with no earphone are breaking the vibe with their tiktok and video calling conversation - they should think about a policy for that in this very relaxing common area The construction noise close by early in the morning half of the time we were there, something unusual we guess The yoga teacher voice early in the morning was so loud and strong she woke us up giving her class No hot water
