The weather

The apartment was clean but very dated. It badly needs a revamp. The filter in the shower was full and everytime the shower was used it overflowed onto the bathroom floor There were 5 of us staying, but they only supplied towels and linens for 4 people. Some of the staff at reception were helpful others weren't. One of the water slides was covered in bird poo and it needs to be cleaned badly. The 4 pools and waterslide aren't as great as they portrayed them to be. The slides are closed at different days and time slots. Children weren't allowed to have balls or any floating toys. You had to pay €5 anytime you wanted to use a sun lounger which is ridiculous. I would never go bad.

The booking & communication all went very smoothly , and the apartment had everything we needed , beds were really comfortable and location was great

I would have liked a small safe in the room , and the shower tray overflowed a bit with each shower. .. but other than that, it was fab !

Spotlessly clean apartment fully equipped for our needs. Washing machine and freezer were really useful to have in the apartment. Pool and slides were well-maintained. Lots of sun loungers available - €5 each per day, but lots of people just used towels on the grass area. Supermarket on site had everything we needed during our stay and was good value for money.

The apartment complex is massive, it was slightly confusing how to get to our apartment and was a bit of a walk to get to the outside of the apartment block.

De waterkwaliteit van het zwembad was zeer slecht; de wc bij het zwembad was ontzettend vies. Er was veel achterstallig onderhoud aan het zwembad en rond het gebouw. Het gebouw is erg gehorig.

Nieves and Tarik are absolutely fantastic hosts,our flight was delayed for 24hrs but they accommodated us to extend our stay with no extra charge. The apartment is very nice and comfortable for our family (4)I highly recommend this place ,great location and lovely weather with stunning views what more could you ask for!
