"NO AIR-CONDITIONING!!! should not be rented to anyone during summer months!!!"

Location was very close to the Tower.

This property has NO Air-conditioning!!! It should not be called Luxury House. Without air-conditioning, there is nothing luxurious about this accommodation during the unbearably hot Italian summer. This apartment should not be rented out in the summer time with no air-conditioning !!! The conditions were unbearable. We couldn’t relax or sleep because It was 29.9 degrees Celsius inside the apartment at 11pm. When we opened the window because outside was actually cooler than inside, it was noisy. In addition, the shower door in the back bedroom would not close all the way and the bathroom floor would get wet and became very slippery. Some of the were broken. The front door lock is broken. This apartment should be de-listed on Booking.com during the summer months as the condition is unlivable!!! How can anyone with a conscience rent this out in the summer months?

The location is perfect and it is very comfortable and very big flat

There wasn’t any air conditioner but the owner provided us with fans and it didn’t really help from unbearably hot night
