Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es sind sehr schöne Räumlichkeiten. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Utensilien, die man so in der Küche benötigt waren vorhanden. Die Lage innerhalb von Kapstadt war auch super. Zu Fuß waren es vielleicht 4 Minuten zum Supermarkt. Mit dem Auto ist das Haus sehr gut erreichbar.

An einer „außerordentlich“ Bewertung fehlt nur eine überfällige Renovierung. Den Ecken und Kanten / Fugen in den Bädern oder auch teilweise kaputten Fenstergriffen / Schubladen ist der Zahn der Zeit deutlich erkennbar. Dies hatte allerdings keinen Einfluss auf die Funktion des Hauses.
