Cottage 8 - Virginia Avenue Villas

Just a wonderful house with all amenities - we all 4 loved it.

It was quite annoying that always personal were coming without any previous information for no reason…I would not stay again there

The location, security and common area (kitchen, lounge, fireplace and dining table; open plan) were excellent. The beds were comfortable. The plunge pool was heated and clean and the outdoor barbie area looked great but it rained most of the 5 days and we were unable to use these areas. The combustion stove/fireplace was well stocked with wood and worked well. We ate out for every meal so did not use the kitchen much. A bottle of wine as a welcome gift was appreciated.

The house had a musty smell upon arrival which was overwhelming in the back bedroom in spite of open windows during our entire stay. The key box code could have been given earlier to relieve concerns with Wi-Fi and phone text messages for new arrivals to the country. A "Welcome House and Local Area Book" would have been appreciated to explain a few things about the house and area. There were lots of powers points but a couple of USB charging stations would have been nice. The towels were old and thin; the daily housekeeping did not clean much but straightened a few things; eg shoes. The ensuite toilet seat needed attention and the microwave was difficult to open (just minor maintenance required).

Well thought out facilities with beautiful interior decor and close to many places.

Staff wasn’t available when we were checking out despite prior Comms on what time we’ll be leaving ,which caused a bit of an inconvenience.

Loved the cottage so much. Very clean and has all the facilities you need.

The noise monitor system really put us off because it monitors the noise inside the house and yet the noise are not penetrating to the outside. We were simply sitting and having a chat in the sitting room and yet because the owner was monitoring the system we got messages that we are making noise.

Very clean and had everything you would need for a big family.

Parking space a bit tight, however ample space on the road. Swimming Pool is more of a plunge pool.

Most organised facility I have ever used.. Clean tidy and everything you need
