The location is 5 minutes (walk) from the L'Aquila center, which is highly convenient. The place is extremely warm and cozy. I loved the heated floor and how clean it was. My flight was delayed, but the host was super nice to accommodate my late check-in request (midnight!). I had an enjoyable stay.

I was expecting a bit more in terms of breakfast, as I was going in under the impression that this was a B&B. I was probably wrong to assume that. While it's close to a lot of eateries and shop, a little bit more on the breakfast side would have been appreciated.

A modern, clean, and cozy apartment near the historic center of L’Aquila. I met the hosts upon arrival and they kindly showed me around the apartment and all the nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again!
