We have traveled across Italy and this was easily the best accomodation we’ve had. The villa was stunning. Fit for a Kardashian! The owners thought of everything to make the stay relaxing and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. I adored falling asleep watching the moonlight on the ocean and waking up to the sound of the ocean. The kids loved that the fridge made ice blocks and crushed ice for slushies and they loved the hot tub on the deck with the priceless views. My only disappointment is that we didn’t stay longer. I recommend the villa to anyone coming to Praiano.

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Villa Cristina! We had the most amazing experience staying at Villa Cristina in Praiano. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Grazia, the host, who is truly one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. She made us feel completely at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa itself is spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Every detail is so well thought out, creating a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. The view is simply breathtaking – waking up every morning to the sight of the Amalfi Coast was a dream come true. We loved the jacuzzi, especially in the evening as we watched the sunset – such a perfect way to end the day. The property felt very safe and peaceful, and there’s even a play area nearby, which was great for families. Villa Cristina truly exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re coming for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this place is a gem. Thank you, Grazia, for your incredible hospitality – we can’t wait to come back!

The location and views are incredible. The surrounding area is very hilly so be prepared to do lots of exercise but we managed.

There was no file in the property with general information for the villa with instructions. The entry gate lock failed on the Saturday night which meant all six of us had to manoeuvre around a metal fence and jump down to the pavement which wasn't ideal! The owner sent some very patronising replies and asked us to send videos to see what we were doing wrong. There is a switch to operate the gate which we were never told about and a young chap came in the evening to try and rectify the situation and he was also unaware of the switch. The air conditioning was also set to heating mode which didn't help the mood but when I asked about this, I was informed that we were too noisy!!

The location is convenient

Villa Cristina & the views of the coastline were absolutely stunning! The villa is tastefully decorated and very well appointed with a fabulous bean grinder coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, stove/oven, air fryer, dishes & utensils, washing machine and more! The water is filtered and therefore drinkable out of the tap. A stocked mini bar was available for purchasing of a variety of drinks although we did not need to use it since we brought our own drinks. The wifi service was great! We traveled in May so the weather temperatures were in the high 60's to low 70's and the interior as well as outdoor seating areas were very comfortable. There is a small grocery/deli down the hill from the villa which sells amazing food. We had 2 lunches and one dinner to go which were perfect to take back to the villa. The hosts of the villa were exceptionally responsive with questions, and we had no issues with the check in or the check out. I would highly recommend this rental for a stay in Praiano! [SIDE NOTE: if you make the trip to the Amalfi Coast, do not miss the opportunity to see the coastline by boat. There are many different boat tours available. We booked ours through Poeseaboats.com and we were picked up at the marina in Praiano. While you get a flavor of the towns via car, there's truly no way to appreciate the scenery of how the homes and buildings are constructed into the mountainside unless you see it from the water.] BELLISSIMA!! One thing that should be mentioned is there is no "direct to the door" car access to the villa. We were notified the day of travel that we should be dropped off at a nearby Italian shop/deli called La Morossa. From there, it is about a 1/4 mile walk to get to the villa, some of it uphill via either stairs or an inclined "ramp." Once you arrive at the villa, there are stairs to get down to the entrance of the villa and the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor so the description of "no steps" is misleading. For those who have trouble walking or climbing stairs, this would not be ideal. Also, when you look on a map for the location of the waterfront restaurants vs the villa, it appears to be about a 15 minute walk. It's very important to know that the walk is nearly all stairs or downhill to the waterfront and then back up to the villa. Many of the very nice restaurants with water views are down near the waterfront. We had a dinner reservation at Il Pirata and the walk to and from was extremely challenging. For our boat tour the following day we booked a taxi to get down to the marina and back to avoid having to do the strenuous walk. There is also a bus service in the area.
