Apartamento, completamente equipado para pasar unos días, desde tostadora hasta secador de pelo o plancha, limpio y espacioso. Muy agradable la terraza con vistas a la piscina. Perfecto para desconectar porque está en una zona tranquila y con el coche se aparca bien. Los anfitriones muy amables.

"Un lugar agradable y buenas condiciones."

La ubicación, las vistas, la espaciosidad del piso y su luminosidad, la tranquilidad de la urbanización. La distribución también buena, y el menaje bastante completo.

Mejoraría: El aspecto algo desaseado y deteriorado de los muebles. Cambiaría las camas (insufribles, colchones antiguos blandos y somieres incómodos y ruidosos. Pondría alguna cajonera en los armarios, están vacíos. Ropa de cama adecuada, las sábanas son de edredón de invierno, no se puede hacer la cama en condiciones y dan más calor al ser dobles. El sofá que es de eskay, deberían ponerle una sábana blanca para poder cubrirlo para que sea más cómodo e higiénico.

nice fully equipped apartment, very big balcony with a nice view. It was very clean and spacious inside. the beds are very comfortably. also very quit neighbourhood. Also Myra and Edwin as Landlords are very friendly and helpfull.. The big community pool was nice and very clean with a shallow area very suited for the very young kids. 10 out of 10. We can recomend this apartment very much.. Also if you are in to golf or Paddel this apartment is a recommendation because these facilities are very close by, like the beautiful city of Denia..
