MYMYMYMYThe apartment was clean, and well-furnished, lovely design, the decor was lovely and it felt very homey and smelled nice when we entered. The beds were comfortable, sheets clean and there is a large fridge and a kitchenette with fresh crackers and 3-in-1 nescafe. There are lots of storage space. The airconditioners and ceiling fans were great. It was nice and cool with only the fan on at night for sleeping. There is a washing machine and hangers and pegs and detergent provided. The location is convenient as there are shops just across the road and downstairs.
The only things missing were teaspoons and a microwave oven. The microwave oven is badly needed since we cannot cook in the kitchenette. It would help for us to be able to reheat food that we buy from the nearby shops. The loud karaoke singing on Saturday night from the bar downstairs that went well beyond midnight--this can be heard from the window of the single bedroom closest to the kitchen.
SGAll is good. A distance to Supermarket, AEON mall & KTM train station. Except for the toilet seats, the cleanliness can be improved further.

We cant cook/even heat up food although the kitchen has stove/gas but it is locked.
MYMYWe like the location. very convenient. Taiping Sentral Mall is right across the street, hawker stalls are located below the building where they are open breakfast to dinner. And central attraction, Lake Garden is less than 10mins grab away.
The swimming pool at level 5 has murky water. The condo management has to look into this as it is safety and health issue.
MYThe small unit was clean, well furnished with essentials like hot water pump, washing machine, kettle, water filter, fridge, etc. The building was clean and well maintained (except for the swimming pool water). Parking was easy, pretty spacious.
I had the unit that faces Lotus and the highway. Thought I was getting a view like in the picture advertised. But I can live with it.
