Luxury Sunset Views and Prime Location near CCP MOA with WIFI Parking

Cockroaches were a constant issue during our stay. They showed up all the time—inside the cabinets, under the microwave, crawling on the TV, on the walls, on the table while we were eating, and even in the bathroom. We ended up killing so many that we stopped counting. One of our friends was frightened when one crawled on her in the middle of the night. Over time, we tried to ignore it, but it was really unhygienic and uncomfortable. It definitely seems like an infestation, and something needs to be done so future guests can have a better experience.

Very convenient and accessible ang location from airport, malls, convenience stores, restaurants. Very responsive ang owner nang unit and the coast residence property management also. Clean, smells good, complete and kitchen appliances and kitchenwares, malakas ang water pressure, strong internet connection. You can enjoy watching netflix or youtube kasi malakas ang internet.

Location was good. Convenient store downstairs was a plus. Plenty of bedding and towels.

Way way too small for the money. No room to move around. Beds are wall to wall. Bed mattress was old. You could feel the springs on your heels and back. Bed was also broke. Horrible. Rooms are open on top. Lose too much of the coolness of the air con. Also takes away from privacy. Only view outside was from the small balcony. They crowded a two bedroom apartment, kitchen and bath into a 300 square foot area. That's my estimate of the room. It might be smaller.

The room was really nice and clean. It had all the things that an appartment should have. Location was really good. Highly recommend it.
