Security guards were nice and told us that water supply was out of service for that night! We can use the swimming pool public bathroom.

the one who is managing the room was unbelievable unprofessional, didn't tell us anything about water supply issue and no back up plan, not even one bottle of water in the room. We didn't have shower and not even used toilet...we have to go down to swimming pool area to use public toilet. This is the worst experience ever through the booking.com.
