Es ist eine sehr geschmackvoll einegerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist hervorragend. Garage und Lift im Haus. Der Jacuzzi ist spitze am Wochenende.

Leider hat der Vermietrer nicht mitgeteilt, dass 4 Baukrähne vor der Wohnung sind, die die Sicht stark beeinträchtigen und man in der Woche Baulärmt hat. Den Jacuzzi konnten wir so nur am Wochenende benutzen, wenn die Bauarbeiten ruhten. Bei Kontakt mit Vermieter kam die Antwort: Die Fenster sind schallisoliert.
