Close to Everything in Downtown King bed Free Onsite Parking and WiFi

Comfortable bed, good shower, spacious rooms. Pool was nice.

Communication with the host was difficult. She only communicated through Whatsapp. She was supposed to meet us at the property, but didn't. Access in and out of the building was using an app on a phone she left us. It was quite complicated to access areas like the pool. Quite long instructions given to access room initially. No staff on site. Hardly saw another person the whole time we were there. Came across 2 cockroaches in the room. Street outlook from the room was a dirty vacant lot.

The apartment is completely self contained, private, extremely neat and clean. We absolutely loved every aspect of this apartment. It was central to everything we visited in Houston. The bed was so comfortable. Ample space to store suitcases if you're travelling. The kitchen is perfect to cook for yourself if you prefer. Handy to have a washer and dryer to wash clothes. On top of this, our host was friendly, welcoming and provided all the details we needed for checking in and out. It was just perfect and one of our favourite places we have stayed. I absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Houston to stay here.

Alecia could not have been more helpful. Quickly ironed out the (few, small) problems. Place was clean and tidy and thoughtfully appointed. Enjoyed our stay.

The presentation and facilities in this apartment were exceptional! Amazing attention to detail and Alicia was so friendly and easy to deal with. Great size apartment really spacious and felt like Home!

Unfortunately, in the building there was some people smoking which really filled the corridors but did not enter into the apartment at all. Location was convenient for Ubers to take you to other places of the city but not best for walking around on your own (two young female travellers so didn’t feel amazingly safe a couple blocks from the apartment). Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would recommend.

This property was perfect for our stay. It had parking downstairs and it was a short walk to the Astros stadium. The apartment was well stocked with linen and the bed was so comfortable! We loved being able to do our washing and it was very spacious.

The appartment is fully equipped. It exceeded our expectation. Everything was excellent. It's an easy reach and quiet area, close to buses and railway, as well as parking in the building and they reply right away in case of any question. The room to keep luggage and clothes was great to keep our stuff out of sight during our stay. I also loved the balcony.
