Dinbnb Apartments I Shopping, Cafés And Attractions At Your Doorstep!

It so very steep stairs with a suitcase it is difficult to climb, it was like a mosquito attic, it is impossible to sleep with this open window the light is unbearably bright. When I moved in I found dirty laundry in my closet. it was disgusting. I waited until 4:00 pm to move in, but the floors in the apartment weren't washed well enough. I pay for the whole day and for the frill but it is disgusting. How can you clean this attic so long after moving in and it is so dirty.

The house was dirty,,the bathroom has a strong smell of molt without vedilation ,,insult in the bedroom ,,so I couldn’t sleep in the bedroom, A tick paste of dust in the windows,,and a rusted boiler for the water,, The control for the Tv didn’t work ,,so I try replace the batteries,,and the batteries was melt inside cover my hand with toxic paste ! I text the owner straight away ,,I had a nice conversation with a bot probably,,but no action taken ,, I have all the photos from my staying there with all the serious hygiene issues I mentioned, I wouldn’t have stay any day there ,,but unfortunately I had to given 200€ deposit,,that didn’t allowed me to get another room ,, I mailed them already asking full refundable for my booking there , but no any action from them I’m kindly asking for full refundable,,for my staying,,is insane to pay money and risk my health And please take some action so other people there’s no in danger in there ! The house was very aesthetic and beautifully done. It had everything to add convenience to our stay. In such a central location all buildings were old, so that explained some of the construction issues. But the host was very prompt and helpful on call.

The people before us had left in haste and the housekeeping wasn't done. Also the hot water supply was limited and took time to reheat! And the apartment doesn't have a lift so you need to carry your luggage 3 floors...

Very lovely place in a wonderful location.

Good location in the center of Bergen, close to many museums, harbour and public transportation.

not renovated, old apartments, with poor working kitchen and old shower, shabby walls and bathroom, missing shower towels.
